In even more WALKING DEAD news as we quickly approach the season four premiere, AMC has released the titles and descriptions from the first four episodes of THE WALKING DEAD Season 4! In an added bonus, they’ve also released a new promo! Check ‘em out after the break below! The series stars Andrew Lincoln, David Morrissey, Steven Yeun, Norman Reedus, Danai Gurira, Chandler Riggs, Lauren Cohan, Scott Wilson, Melissa McBride, Chad Coleman, Sonequa Martin-Green, and Emily Kinney. Season 4 of THE WALKING DEAD returns to AMC in October 13 at 9pm ET.

In the highly anticipated new season, we find Rick and the group fostering a thriving community in the safe haven of the prison. Sadly, in this brutal world, happiness is short-lived and walkers and outside threats are no match for danger brewing inside the fences. The group’s home and new way of life will be thoroughly tested, and their struggle to survive has never been so perilous. Season 4 also introduces several new characters including Bob Stookey (Lawrence Gilliard Jr.).

Episode 4.01: “30 Days Without an Accident” – The group lives an ideal life at the prison, and strives to hold onto humanity.

Episode 4.02: “Infected” – The group faces a new enemy; Rick and the others fight to protect their hard-won livelihood.

Episode 4.03: “Isolation” – A group leaves the prison to search for supplies; the remaining members of the group deal with recent losses.

Episode 4.04: “Indifference” – The supply mission faces hurdles; the situation at the prison worsens.

The 16-episode fourth season starts on October 13th in the US. Internationally, the series is expected to return on the same week in most countries, so check your local listings for a specific date and time. Like last season, there will be a break after the first eight episodes, with THE WALKING DEAD Season 4 returning in February 2014 with the final eight episodes.
